1-Day Services

Our Service Department performs valuable, preventative maintenance services that are available for commercial and residential applications. These services include: safety clean n’ checks, Carbon monoxide tests (CO), gas leak detections, air balances (zoning), and more!

1 day service guarantee pertains to Lennox furnaces, from 1998 to current. Most other furnaces (Carrier, Trane, Bryant, and Goodman) should be one day service as well. Lennox is guaranteed. All service trucks are stocked with parts for Lennox, Trane, Carrier, Bryant, Rheem, and Goodman parts. Universal parts are available for most other name brands unless OEM parts are requested. There is a 90-day warranty with all service work performed by Randazzo Mechanical.
